Hi,

I am the director of my Original Music Video "Sunrise."

Are you people serious? I think all of you talking about jail and cheating should get arrested for calling him a "loser," not to mention the intolerable language in some of these comments. He's right, losers always feel like losers, that's the truth. Also, if you're poor, like my family and I are, you may have to choose between freedom and surviving, even if you're in America. We couldn't even pay for a professional studio to record our song, yet the desire of American people for something more than corruption is evident by the strong voting and (mostly) good comments on the top films.

Considering I'm not too much into Blues music, I actually liked the background music in this video. My film was flagged too, not accused of cheating through a comment, but I can say with certainty that the flagging and negative comments, especially the ones regarding cheating, are only based on jealousy and insecurity.

Oh, and I voted Five Stars for this film. The only people who need to "get a life" are those who are concentrating on writing negative comments or voting folks down, rather than promoting their own films.

There are so many easy ways to identify any computer's information, I've run one of these contests before, on a larger scale - just so you know, comment by "anonymous" is there to delude you, they actually know exactly who is coming through their systems.

I'll bet you a thousand dollars (or fake votes, whatever your currency) those three comments all came from the same person, and the accusations of cheating came from different people. If they can differentiate between votes, they can definitely tell where comments came from. Get a life, this contest is not your joke.

Otis is a great bluesman. I've been a fan for years and even though this film isn't the most creative compared to some of the others by any means, but his message is fantastic. Considering how many fans he probably has out there, I'm actually surprised this one doesn't have ten times this many votes. Good for you guys!

I agree with this last post. Whoever is bashing these guys with all these negative posts wrote that 'posted comments' should be included as part of the ranking, so he is loading up every winning film with all kinds of accusations. Just because you don't have enough friends to get votes for your own film doesn't mean everyone else doesn't either.

I've looked through all the posts for those in the top ten and almost everyone has been accused of cheating. It's a cheap 'Cheney-esque' tactic. Worse than that, its anonymous. Give it a rest already and lets move on to focusing on what this contest is all about, inclusion, positivity and creative thinking.

Not only did it jump from 600 to 1000. I saw it jump from 300 to 600, in under 5 minutes.

This is definitely a cheated submission and should be removed immediately. I accidentaly pressed F5 and it showed like 100 votes higher, in like fucking ten seconds that's not even humanly possible. seriosuly gtfo

yeah I saw that too, this is definitely the fishiest video on the site. They have ways to check if you cheated, using a combination of methods it is very easy to determine whether the votes were false or real. If I were you I'd be careful.

After reviewing a few other entries, it appears that any film with more than 200 to 300 votes has been accused of cheating. Sounds like sour grapes to me.

Yeah, it's irrelevant. It has lots of votes. But there's one thing that gives it away. It is very suspicious that you felt the need to pretend you were someone else and say "sorry if you misinterpet...." It was very obvious that the person was accusing you of cheating, so your "response" is obviously fake. Who the hell says "no I meant the exact opposite of what I said?"

It shouldn't be necessary for you to try so hard (pathetically) to prove to anyone that you aren't cheating, if you aren't cheating. Every top film has been flagged and most (if not all) of them have been accused of cheating, yet somehow you are the only one who decided to imitate someone else and say "no I meant the exact opposite of what I said."

Who cares if you are "award winning?" That doesn't entitle you to anything, by any means, you must play by the rules like everyone else. I agree with the person below, because this is an open forum contest you're not hiding from anyone.

Good film... nice layout and I like the studio background.

However I do not agree with what he was saying! Yes you cannot eat freedom but you need freedom to eat in peace. Would you take a spit on the face everyday to eat or would you rather eat a small 50 cent meal and eat in peace and dignity.

I really appreciated what you said about needing education to really actualize the possibilities of having feedom. To me, having access to information is one of the greatest gifts of living in a democracy. Creating that access to information for others is a way of sharing that gift.

I also agree that to utilize the power of a democracy requires education and responsibility. We all need to take responsibility for our past choices and our future.
